At Royal Freemasons, we have responded to customer feedback and have developed an App called ‘Have Your Say’. This App will revolutionise capturing of customer and product experience feedback from all our stakeholders, internal and external. The App allows our customers to have 24/7 access to “Have Their Say” and give Royal Freemasons the opportunity to respond to all queries in a timely manner. Customers will be able to download the free App from the Apple Store to their smartphones. iPads have also been installed in all of our facilities for the use of customers and family members to “Have Their Say”.
