ONE OF THESE SERVICES IS TO ENSURE WE ENHANCE OUR CUSTOMERS’ DINING EXPERIENCE BY REVIEWING OUR MENUS, STAFFING MODELS, TRAINING OUR PEOPLE, REVIEWING OUR ENVIRONMENTS AND ENHANCING THE PRESENTATION AND AMBIENCE OF OUR DINING ROOMS.

Royal Freemasons has partnered with OSCAR Hospitality to ensure our customers continue to receive nutritious, tasty and well-presented homecooked meals in a comfortable and enjoyable environment. We have introduced a seasonal rotating menu that is nutritionally balanced and aligned to our customers’ social and cultural preferences. Our team of chefs and cooks now have access to over 1,500 recipe options aligned to our menu, pantry lists and budgets to maintain a consistent approach to service delivery that is viable and continues to encourage our customers’ culinary journey. Our teams continue to be trained in dining experience and meal presentation to surprise and delight our customers. This has resulted in two of our employees being nominated in the OSCAR ACHA National Awards for Chef of the Year and Food Services Assistance.
