Gregory Lodge asks Who am I?

A wall display of various framed portrait photographs representing people of different ages and periods.

TO CELEBRATE VICTORIAN SENIORS MONTH, GREGORY LODGE IN FLEMINGTON HELD A ‘WHO AM I’ GUESSING GAME SHOWCASING PHOTOGRAPHS OF RESIDENTS IN THEIR YOUNGER YEARS, SOME FROM WHEN THEY WERE ONLY BABIES.

Residents and families responded excitedly, bringing photos from treasured boxes and albums, some not opened for years.

The husband of one resident said “you made me go through boxes and boxes in my garage”. This activity provided opportunities to engage socially and for residents to reminisce about their experiences when they were young.

The best fun was had guessing, and the one with the highest score of correct guesses received a prize. Some residents had an uncanny resemblance to Hollywood movie stars and enjoyed the compliments received. Comments like “You were so handsome/ beautiful”, made them smile.
