Independent and safe at home
At Royal Freemasons, we provide personalised Home Care Packages with services and supports that respect your independence and enhance your quality of life.
A Home Care Package (HCP) offers coordinated care and services to support individuals with basic to more complex aged-related care needs, enabling them to remain in their homes for as long as possible.
Home Care Packages are allocated according to your assessed level of care needs.
There are four levels available from level one, if you require basic support, through to level four if you have more complex care needs.
Care plans include a range of services tailored to your assessed needs and goals.
Royal Freemasons Home Care Packages are overseen by a team of specialist case managers, who are also registered nurses. They provide clinical oversight of care planning and regularly review your care.
We also have a team of skilled and experienced general case managers, who coordinate your care according to your changing needs so you can continue to live safely and independently at home for as long as possible.
You may be eligible for a Home Care Package if:
The first step is to apply for an aged care assessment through the Australian Government’s My Aged Care website or by calling My Aged Care on 1800 200 422.

Thank you so much for taking such good care of my parents. My whole family is so grateful to you for your generosity and kindness.
– Lucy, Nunawading
While at first I didn’t think personal care for Herbert was necessary for more than twice a week, I’ve now realised it’s a great help to me both physically and mentally.
Anna comes at 8am Monday and Thursday, gets him out of bed, assists him to the toilet then gives him a really good wash and puts fresh clothing on him. I didn’t realise what a strain it was until I didn’t have to do it any more on those days.
Anna she is a real gem.
