A second mini-series of “Royal Freemasons – Homes that Care” went to air on Channel 31 in September 2014.
The new series followed on from the success of the first mini-series, which boasted a viewing audience of almost 90,000 across three time slots.
The second series also aired over three time slots, putting staff, customers and volunteers in the spotlight and focusing on all aspects of our work.
One of Royal Freemasons’ strategic aims is to engage with the community to improve customer outcomes and the television series is one way to provide a greater understanding of aged care.
The success of the series is a strong indication of the level of community interest in aged care.
