Jacaranda Court is on large grounds close to shopping and public transport. The units are on two levels and accessible by a lift.

The units are one and bedroom along with individual balconies on the first floor and courtyards on the ground floor. The bedrooms and ensuite enter from an open-plan lounge room and kitchen area. The laundry, including dryer and additional storage, is in a shared facility on each level.

Secure entry is provided for all units. Undercover resident car parking is available for some units together with ample off-street parking.
