Royal Freemasons offer excellent remuneration including base salary, superannuation and salary packaging. Our Enterprise Agreements provide structured salaries and allowances with annual incremental increases.

Royal Freemasons pays the Superannuation Guarantee of 10% of salary. Royal Freemasons has two preferred complying fund options which are suited to the aged care industry – HESTA and First State Super.
