Kerri RivettChief Executive Officer
Kerri has been working in the healthcare industry for nearly 35 years, including 20 years in senior management positions. Prior to her current role, Kerri held senior executive positions within both the public and non-for-profit health sectors including acute, subacute, residential care and mental health services.
These roles have given her a comprehensive understanding of aged care from both a clinical and operational perspective, and in urban and rural settings. Currently working towards a Masters in Gerontology and Health Administration, Kerri’s specialties include service growth, service re-engineering, change management and budget realignment.
Tanya ConnorChief Operations Officer
Tanya has been a Registered Nurse for more than 25 years and has spent over 15 years in national leadership and executive roles within aged and primary health care as well as health technology and hospitality sectors. Tanya is a dedicated operations management professional, strategist, trouble-shooter and change leader experienced in leading operations and supporting the people who make operations work.
Michael QuinnChief Financial Officer
Michael is an experienced finance executive having worked across a broad range of roles including group finance, planning and analysis, business strategy, board reporting and stakeholder management. CPA qualified, Michael previously worked the Victorian water sector for over 30 years where he held senior positions in corporate finance, financial control and performance management.
Michael joined Royal Freemasons in August 2018 and has been responsible for managing the business’s treasury and corporate finance function.
Jacques de la PorteChief Sales & Marketing Officer
Jacques has over 15 years’ senior executive experience leading Sales, Marketing and Creative teams, working for some of Australia’s largest public and private companies. Jacques is responsible for the implementation of modern sales and marketing initiatives, strategies and solutions across Residential Aged Care, Retirement Living and Home Care.

Sonia has over 25 years’ experience as a Senior Leader, Executive and Mentor within the fields of Human Resources, Team and Leadership Development, and Business Management across many industry sectors, including Not For Profit and Volunteerism. Sonia is a driven and dedicated leader where people are at the heart of the organisation.
Through process improvement, operational efficiencies and focusing on change deliverables, Sonia strives to achieve people empowerment and engagement to support organisational performance, compliance and success.
Arno MargueChief Information Officer
Arno has more than 17 years’ experience in IT management, specialising in digital transformation within retail, online banking, logistics and government. His experience and views on transitioning into new, business-dedicated methods of service continue to assist Royal Freemasons to move forward with modern innovations to deliver excellence in care.
