Tanya is a dedicated operations management professional, strategist, trouble-shooter and change leader experienced in leading operations and supporting the people who make operations work.
Katrina ThurstonChief Finance Officer, CA, GAICD
Katrina has over 15 years senior executive experience in Aged Care. She has worked in all areas of audit, accounting and financial management across a range of business sectors.
Katrina was most recently the Group Financial Controller for the newly amalgamated entity of Blue Cross and Sapphire Care and previously held the roles of Executive Director Corporate Services at Leading Age Services Australia (Victoria) and as Chief Finance Officer and Chief Executive at Samarinda Aged Services Inc over an 11 year period.
Her experience is backed by a number of professional qualifications including Chartered Accountant (CA) and Graduate of Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD).
