Executive


Felix Pintado - Chief Executive

FACHSM, CHE, FAIM, MAICD, MHA, GDHSM, DipEd, BTheol

Felix is the Chief Executive of Royal Freemasons Ltd, one of Victoria's most respected aged care providers operating a statewide network of accommodation, services and facilities in retirement living, community care and aged care.

He previously held senior executive positions in specialist and general hospitals in Victoria and New Zealand, most recently as Chief Executive of Dental Health Services Victoria, the state's leading public oral health agency. From 2001 to 2008 Felix was Chief Executive of Latrobe Regional Hospital.

Felix has served as a Councillor of the Victorian State Branch of the Australasian College of Health Service Management since 2008. He is also Chair of the Board of Health Purchasing Victoria and a Board Member (Treasurer) of the Australian Healthcare and Hospitals Association.

Michael Wild, Executive - Finance & Business Support (Chief Financial Officer)

BBus(Acc) CPA

Appointed in July 2011, Michael is a qualified Certified Practising Accountant and has over 15 years' financial management experience across a broad range of industry sectors and organisations. Previously, he was the Group Financial Controller at Cabrini Health and prior to that he was the General Manager - Finance at Regis Aged Care.

As Chief Financial Officer, Michael is responsible for Finance, Payroll, Facilities Management, Procurement and Support Services.

Michael is currently a Board member and the Chair of the Finance and Risk Committee for Tweddle Child and Family Health Service.

Elaine Krassas - Executive-Service Innovation & Standards

BA(Joint Hons), CPFA(UK), MBA, FACHSM, AFAIM

Appointed in July 2011, Elaine is responsible for performance metrics, compliance, accreditation and service innovation (including Research) across Royal Freemasons. She has previously held senior management roles in Finance at the former Women's and Children's Health Service in Melbourne and St Vincent's Health, Melbourne. Elaine joined Royal Freemasons from Peninsula Health where she had held the roles of Director, Quality and Clinical Governance and, most recently, Operations Director of the Mental Health Service. 

Elaine migrated to Australia from the UK in 2001 where she had held the role of Executive Director Finance and Information of an NHS Trust in the National Health Service.

Ashley van Winkel - Executive-HR & People Development

Dip Personnel Mgmt, Adv Bus Pgm, Cert IV in Workplace Training & Assessment

Appointed in May 2011, Ashley has over 25 years' human resources and general management experience, having worked in three countries and across several industries including resources, services, wholesale and retail. Ashley has lead the HR function at Royal Freemasons since July 2007. His role involves making Royal Freemasons a great place to work and he does this with the support of an excellent team dedicated to attract, retain, motivate and develop the best available people within our industry.

Tim Neal – Manager of Technology

B App Sc (Comp Sc)

Appointed in June 2011.  Tim has over 25 years of experience in the areas of information technology implementation and telecommunication fields. He brings his depth of experience, technical skills and management capabilities to Royal Freemasons. He is also a Director of Lan Technologies

Ann Danaher - Executive-Operations

BHRM and Sociology, Cert IV Frontline Management, Cert IV Training and Assessment, RN, RM

Appointed in July 2011. Ann is responsible for the northern operations covering community care programs, retirement living and residential care. She has a strong management background in aged and community care and is committed to delivering quality and flexible care to our older Victorians.

Lauren Watson - Executive-Operations

RN, RM, GradCert Public Policy and Mgt, GradCert Community Nursing, GradCert Promoting Continence, Cert IV Workplace Training & Assessment

Appointed to the role of Executive-Operations in July 2011, Lauren is responsible for the southern operations covering community care programs, retirement living and residential care. She has a nursing background with over 18 years’ experience in aged care service management in both residential and community care.

Deborah Beal - Executive Operations

RN, Social Gerontology, Community Services Management

Appointed in September 2011, Deborah is responsible for the eastern operations covering community care programs, retirement living and residential care. Deborah has a comprehensive management experience within the Health and Aged Care industry, through regulatory, strategic planning and operational environments. Her extensive experience with the three levels of government, not-for-profit and private sectors adds to Royal Freemasons' value of a healthy and dignified older age for all. Deborah’s prior appointments include Victorian State Manager for Stanhope Healthcare Services and Manager of Healthy Ageing for Knox City Council.
