Berwick Brae Village
670-690 Princes Highway, Berwick, Victoria 3806
Berwick Brae Village is just one of 10 independent living sites across Melbourne and regional Victoria. Contemporary living in a rural, historic precinct.
Nine acres of rural ambiance at the base of the Dandenong Ranges but within an 8 minute stroll of historic Berwick make this the perfect retirement setting. Direct access to the thirty-nine hectare Wilson Botanic Park located on its boundaries is a bonus for walkers, birdwatchers, picnickers and lovers of the outdoors.
All residences in the Village are at ground level and are either a one or two bedroom residence. All units have private back yard and many have single car garage. The charming and historical community centre is the social hub of the village.
Berwick Brae is on the Princes Highway, connecting seamlessly to Monash Freeway and Melbourne. Berwick is at the foothills of the Dandenong Ranges, and shares the beauty of the foliage, the many Oaks, Elms, Cypress and Gums. Berwick is steeped in history with many 1850’s buildings and features.
Berwick Brae also has its own private bus service to Westfield Fountain Gate Shopping Centre and Berwick Township, just a 4 minute ride away. There is also a public bus and train nearby.
