Coppin Transition Care
Delivered at Coppin Centre and operated in partnership with Alfred Health, our Coppin Transition Care program gives clients the opportunity to go through the recovery and recuperation period outside of the hospital system, while still providing them access to a full range of medical, nursing and allied health services. The program is operated under the supervision of Royal Freemasons' qualified team of doctors and includes a number of important physical therapy services that are essential for effective rehabilitation.
Coppin Transition Care residents enjoy the privacy of a fully fitted single room with private en suite bathroom, telephone, television and a 'VitalCall' emergency button. The button can also be worn as a pendant and is linked to a paging system carried by members of staff.
As part of the Coppin Transition Care program, a range of services are given to clients, including all cleaning, laundry and supply of fresh towels and bed linen. Clients enjoy nutritious seasonal meals, prepared daily in our on site kitchen by our own qualified chef. We strongly encourage visits from family, friends and well-behaved pets, and Coppin Coffee Shop provides the perfect environment to share a cup of coffee or a cake with loved ones. During the summer months, why not make use of the Lodge's barbeque area for special occasions, such as birthdays or anniversaries.
