A diverse a la carte menu, prepared under the supervision of our resident chef and consulting dietician, ensures that all personal preferences are provided for. In addition to breakfast, lunch and dinner, residents also enjoy morning tea, afternoon tea and supper, while tasty snacks are available throughout the day.
Our summer menu includes fresh seafood, such as this delicious prawn salad of mixed leaves, cherry tomatoes and home made tarragon vinaigrette; a crisp Yarra Valley Sauvignon Blanc provides the perfect accompaniment to the dish.
