Accomodation Bond Options
Royal Freemasons is pleased to offer a number of higher accommodation bond options that we believe may be attractive as a means of increasing pension entitlements and decreasing income tested fees.
In recognition of the potential financial benefits to Royal Freemasons of paying a higher bond we are pleased to offer financial concessions to residents. We would encourage you to consider these options in consultation with your financial advisor. If you opt to pay a bond in excess the standard bond you have the choice of receiving a reduction in either your Basic Daily Care Fee or in both the bond retention amount* and your Basic Daily Care Fee.
